An Act to amend and reenact § 37-84.2:7, as amended, of the Code of
Virginia, relating to the disposition of proceeds froin sale or lease of
certain property under the control of the State Hospital Board.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 37-34.2:7, as amended, of the Code of Virginia, be amended
and reenacted, as follows:
§ 37-34.2:7. The proceeds from all such sales or leases shall be paid
into the general fund of the State treasury to be expended as provided by
law; provided, however, proceeds from the sale or lease of lands or personal
property bequeathed or donated to any hospital or colony under the
supervision of the State Hospital Board for special purposes shall be held
and administered by the Board as provided in § 87-87 of the Code.
