An Act to amend and reenact §§ 51-19, as amended, and 51-25, of the Code
of Virginia, relating to the compensation of members of the Industrial
Commission and to the Judges’ and Commissioners’ Retirement Fund,
respectively.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That §§ 51-19, as amended, and 51-25 of the Code of Virginia be
amended and reenacted as follows:
51-19. Any member of the Industrial Commission retiring under
any of the provisions of § 51-18 shall after such retirement and for so
long as he may live, be paid by the State annual compensation in an
amount equal to three-fourths of the annual salary being paid him by the
State immediately prior to his retirement. Such compensation shall be
paid by the State Treasurer in equal monthly instalments, upon warrants
of the Comptroller, out of the * fund established by § 51-25. In the event
such fund is insufficient to pay such compensation, payments shall be made
from the funds collected pursuant to the provisions of Title 65 and paid
into the State Treasury, for which purpose so much of said funds as shall
‘be required is hereby appropriated.
§ 51-25. The fund heretofore created and known as the Judges’
d Commissioners’ Retirement Fund is continued. All retirement salaries
judges and commissioners paid pursuant to the provisions of this
ticle, or of §§ 51-4, 51-18, 51-15 and 51-19, shall first be paid out of *

en entirely paid out no such retirement salaries shall be paid from
