CHAPTER 18

An Act to authorize the town of Big Stone Gap to vacate a certain street
of said town and to sell or lease said vacated land and to prescribe
the terms and conditions thereof.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
l. The town council of the town of Big Stone Gap is authorized to vacate,
in the manner provided for by law, all but the westerly thirty feet of East
Fourth Street between First Avenue and Railroad Avenue in the town of
Big Stone Gap and to sell or lease said land so vacated upon such terms
and conditions as it deems proper.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
