Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
ha That § 55-6 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted, as

ollows:

§ 55-6. Any interest in or claim to real estate, including easements in
gross, may be disposed of by deed or will. Any estate may be made to com-
mence in futuro, by deed, in like manner as by will; and any estate which
