CHAPTER 96

An Act to affirm and ratify the conveyance of certain lands owned by
the Medical College of Virginia, a Virginia corporation, to the Com-
monwealth of Virginia, State Hospital Board. 'S 275}

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the General Assembly of Virginia hereby affirms and ratifies
the act of the Medical College of Virginia, a Virginia corporation, in con-
veying to the Commonwealth of Virginia, State Hospital Board, by deed
dated March 4, 1959, certain lands situated in the city of Richmond for
the purposes of the Institute for Emotionally Retarded Children.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
