An Act to appropriate funds out of the Special Unemployment Compensa-
tion Administration Fund continued by § 60-102 of the Code of Vir-
ginia for the purchase of land, erection of a building thereon and for
required improvements, facilities, paving, landscaping and equipment
an connection therewith; and to prescribe conditions for expenditure
thereof.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. ‘There is hereby appropriated out of the Special Unemployment Com-
pensation Administration Fund continued by § 60-102 of the Code of
Virginia of 1950 the sum of four hundred thousand dollars to be used
under the direction of the Unemployment Compensation Commission or
the successor thereto by whatever name known for the purpose of pre-
paring site and building plans, acquiring land and erecting a building
thereon for the use of such Commission or successor thereto and for such
improvements, facilities, paving, landscaping and equipment as may be
required for its proper use and operation by such Commission or successor
thereto. The construction of building will be in accordance with the
Manual for Planning and Execution of Capital Outlays, Commonwealth
of Virginia.
2. An emergency exists and this Act is in force from its passage.
