CHAPTER 585

An Act to appropriate funds for the payment of the salary of the additional
judge of Hustings Court of the city of Richmond. rH 667]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. There is hereby appropriated out of the general fund in the State
treasury for the period beginning March one, nineteen hundred sixty and
ending June thirty, nineteen hundred sixty, in order to pay the salary of
the additional judge of Hustings Court of the city of Richmond, in addition
to funds appropriated by Item 14 of Chapter 642 of the Acts of Assembly
of 1958, the sum of four thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be
necessary. Such salary and payment thereof shall be subject to the existing
statutes governing salaries and payments for judges of such courts
generally.

2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
