An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
28-57.2, to permit haul seining in Diascund Creek. rH 656)

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
28-57.2 as follows:

§ 28-57.2. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, it shall be
lawful for any person to use haul seines in Diascund Creek.
