An Act to amend and reenact §§ 29-37 and 29-68.1 of the Code of Virginia,
relating to reports of regular and special game wardens to the Com-
mission of Game and Inland Fisheries, and to certain requirements
before issuance of licenses to hunt, trap or fish. (H 551]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That §§ 29-37 and 29-68.1 of the Code of Virginia be amended and
reenacted as follows:
§ 29-37. * Regular and special game wardens shall file such reports,
in such form, as the Commission from time to time may require.
§ 29-68.1. All licenses shall be dated, numbered, and signed by the
clerk or agent and besides showing other information required by law or
thought pertinent by the Commission, shall have printed in red on the top
of the face thereof in bold type equal in size to the largest type appearing
thereon, the following words:
“See Back for Legal Restrictions of License”, and, on the back of
license, there shall be printed a concise but full statement of the law
applying to persons hunting, fishing or trapping on the lands, waters,
ponds, boats or blinds of another without the consent of the owner.
