An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding thereto sections num-
bered 15-65.4 and 15-77.77, relating to the granting or amending of
charters of municipal corporations and providing for certain
conclusions.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding thereto sections num-
bered 15-65.4 and 15-77.77 as follows:

§ 15-65.4. The passage of any legislation granting or amending any
charter of a municipal corporation shall ipso facto be conclusive evidence
that the requirements of this chapter have been complied with.

§ 15-77.77. The passage of any legislation granting or amending any
charter of a municipal corporation shall ipso facto be conclusive evidence
that the requirements of this article have been complied with.
