CHAPTER 464

An Act to amend and reenact § 22-20 of the Code of Virginia, relating to
expenses of members of the State Board of Education, so as to provide

a per diem.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 22-20 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted
as follows:

§ 22-20. A per diem of fifteen dollars a day and such reasonable
expenses as * each member of the State Board may incur in attending
the meetings of the Board, or any committee thereof, shall be paid from
available funds by the Treasurer on the warrant of the Comptroller upon
the approved voucher or vouchers required by the Comptroller.
