CHAPTER 447

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
9-44.2, to provide for the institution of certain proceedings by the
Commission.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section thereto
numbered 9-44.2, to read as follows:

§ 9-44.2. The Commission shall have the power to institute such
criminal or civil proceedings, or both, if it finds that provisions of this
chapter have been violated.
