CHAPTER 446

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a new section numbered
9-44.1, to provide for injunctive relief for violation of any provision
of this chapter.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section thereto
numbered 9-44.1, to read as follows:

§ 9-44.1. In the event of violation of any provision of this chapter, in
addition to any other remedy, the Commission may apply to any court of
record in the city of Richmond for relief without being compelled to allege
or prove that any adequate remedy at law does not exist.
