CHAPTER 445

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 9-16.2,
to prohibit interference with or restraint of the conduct of profes-
sional boxing or wrestling matches or exhibitions.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia: .

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section thereto
numbered 9-16.2, to read as follows:

§ 9-16.2. No person or persons, club, organization or corporation shall,
except in accordance with law, interfere with or restrain, or attempt to in-
terfere with or restrain, by any act, threat or otherwise, either within or
without this State, the putting on or the conduct of any professional boxing
or wrestling matches or exhibition in this State.
