CHAPTER 417

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
14-70.2, relating to salaries of city commissioners of the revenue.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
14-70.2 as follows:

§ 14-70.2. The maximum salary brackets provided for city com-
missioners of the revenue by §§ 14-70 and 14-70.1 applicable to each com-
missioner of the revenue shall be increased by ten per centum.
