CHAPTER 380

An Act to repeal Chapter 14 of the Acts of Assembly of 1944, approved
February 11, 1944, as amended, which was continued in force by § 24-
119 of the Code of Virginia, which act relates to registration and re-
registration of persons qualified to vote in certain cittes, and transfer
of registrations of persons who have registered in leu of such regts-

tration.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That Chapter 14 of the Acts of Assembly of 1944, approved February
11, 1944, as amended, which was continued in force by § 24-119 of the Code
of Virginia, is repealed.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
