An Act to prohibit deer hunting within one hundred yards of any primary
or secondary highway in Stafford County. rH 645}

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. §1. It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt deer within one
hundred yards of any primary or secondary highway in Stafford County.
Any person violating the terms of this section shall be deemed guilty of
a misdemeanor.
