An Act to authorize the city of Richmond to convey certain real estate to
the Commonwealth.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

§ 1. The city of Richmond is authorized and empowered to convey
by deed in a form approved by the Attorney General to the Commonwealth
the unpaved plot in the center of Monument Avenue between Stuart Circle
and Allen Avenue.
