CHAPTER 260
An Act to reappropriate from the public revenue to the Departmnt of
Conservation and Development the unexpended balance of Item 474-B
of Chapter 716, Acts of the General Assembly, 1956, and reappropri-
ated as Item 492 of Chapter 642, Acts of the General Assembly, 1958.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. There is hereby reappropriated from the general fund to the Depart-
ment of Conservation and Development the unexpended balance in the
appropriation provided by Item 474-B of Chapter 716, Acts of the General
Assembly, 1956, and reappropriated by Item 492 of Chapter 642, Acts of
the General Assembly, 1958. Notwithstanding any conditions or limitations
to the contrary in any prior acts of the General Assembly, such unex-
pended balance may be expended by the Department of Conservation and
Development, or made available to the Department of Highways to be so
expended, for the purpose of erosion contro] at Colonial Beach.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
