CHAPTER 209

An Act to authorize the Commissioner of the Division of Motor Vehicles
to rescind certain revocations or denials of registration made pur-
suant to § 46.1-167.2 of the Code of Virginia. rH 818)

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. The Commissioner of the Division of Motor Vehicles may, for good
cause shown, rescind any revocation or any operator’s or chauffeur’s license
or denial of registration made between October one, nineteen hundred
fifty-eight and March fourteen, nineteen hundred sixty pursuant to
§ 46.1-167.2 of the Code of Virginia, as that section existed on January
one, nineteen hundred sixty, upon the application of such person and upon
payment of the fee prescribed in § 14-167.1.

2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
