CHAPTER 192

An Act to authorize the City of Danville to transfer, and the Board
of Visitors of Virginia Polytechnic Institute to accept such transfer,
the Danville Technical Institute, in whole or part, not earlier than
July one, nineteen hundred sixty-one.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. At any time after July one, nineteen hundred sixty-one, the city
of Danville is hereby authorized to transfer, and the Board of Visitors of
Virginia Polytechnic Institute to accept, the Danville Technical Institute, in
whole or in part, as may be agreed upon by the parties to said transfer
with the approval of the Governor.
