CHAPTER 181

An Act to authorize the Board of Visitors of Virginia Polytechnic Insti-
tute to contract with the city of Radford for sewage disposal in con-
nection with Radford College, Woman’s Division of Virginia Poly-
technic Institute.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. The board of visitors of Virginia Polytechnic Institute, with
the approval of the Governor first obtained in writing, may enter into an
agreement with the city of Radford for the construction, maintenance and
operation of a sewage disposal system for the joint use of Radford College,
Woman’s Division of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and the city.
