CHAPTER 131

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
§ 29-158.2, to allow the dressing, packing, and selling of bobwhites,
quail or partridges by shooting preserve licensees under rules or
regulations prescribed by the Commission of Game and Inland
Fisheries.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
29-158.2 as follows:

§ 29-158.2. Any provision of this chapter or any regulation hereto-
fore adopted by the Commission to the contrary notwithstanding, it shall
be lawful for the licensee of a shooting preserve or his designated agents
to dress, pack and sell bobwhites, quail or partridges, raised by him for
use as food, under rules or regulations to be prescribed by the Commission.
