CHAPTER 13

An Act to prohibit the killing of doe deer in Appomattox County between
July 1, 1960 and June 80, 1962. rH 19}

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. It shall be unlawful to kill or attempt to kill any doe deer i in the
County of Appomattox between July one, nineteen hundred sixty and June
thirty, nineteen hundred sixty-two, notwithstanding any provision of law
or regulation of the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries to the con-
trary. Any person convicted of a violation of this act shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor and punished as provided by law.
