CHAPTER 123

An Act to amend and reenact § 46.1-168 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to the method of determining fees for service or wrecking vehicles.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 46.1-163 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted
as follows:

§ 46.1-163. * For the purpose of determining the registration and l-
cense fees paid by the owners of motor vehicles used as service or wreck-
ing cranes, such motor vehicles, when used in connection with the bust-
ness of any person engaged in selling motor vehicles or repairing the same,
shall be treated as other similar private motor vehicles and not as motor
vehicles operated for compensation or for hire.
