CHAPTER 1

An Act to provide that Chapter 4.1 of Title 15 of the Code of Virginia,
relating to procedure for obtaining mew charters for municipal
corporations or amending existing charters shall not apply to charter
bills or amendments introduced during the nineteen hundred sixty
session of the General Assembly.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. The provisions of Chapter 4.1 of Title 15 of the Code of
Virginia shall not apply to charter bills or amendments introduced
during the session of the General Assembly commencing January thir-
teen, nineteen hundred sixty.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
