An Act to amend and reenact § 22-159 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to the accrediting of schools conducted in buildings not meeting re-
quirements of the State Board of Education. H 70)

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
ey That § 22-159 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
ollows:
§ 22-159. The State Board shall not refuse to accredit any school
in this State, or any diploma or certificate issued by such school, for the
sole reason that such school is not being conducted in a building meeting
the requirements of the State Board, nor shall it refuse to accredit any
private school tn this State for the reason that such school is not being,
conducted in a building with facilities meeting the requirements of the
State Board.

2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
