CHAPTER 22

An Act to appropriate funds to the Civil Air Patrol, Incorporated, for aid
in the maintenance and operation of a civil air patrol. H 56]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. §1. There is hereby appropriated from the general fund of the
State treasury to the Civil Air Patrol, Incorporated, the sum of ten thou-
sand dollars for each year of the biennium ending June 30, 1958. This
appropriation shall be expended by the Civil Air Patrol, Incorporated, for
the purpose of aiding in the maintenance and operation of a civil air patrol.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
