An Act to amend and reenact § 17-127.6 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to terms of court of the thirty-sixth judicial circuit. B

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

a That § 17-127.6 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
ollows:

§ 17-127.6. The regular terms of the courts of the thirty-sixth judicial
circuit shall be as follows:

Floyd County: * The first day of March, June and November and the
Wednesday following the first Monday in September.

Montgomery County: The first day of February, April, July, October
and December. *

City of Radford: Second Monday in January and March and the third
Monday in May, September and November.
