CHAPTER 68
An Act to amend Chapter 22 of the Acts of Assembly of 1946, approved
February 18, 1946, as amended, which created the Peninsula Airport
Commission, by adding a section numbered 3-a, to empower the Com-
mission to lease, sell or encumber certain real property. [H 850]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That Chapter 22 of the Acts of Assembly of 1946, approved February
Bs 1946, as amended, be amended by adding a section numbered 3-a, as
ollows:

§ 3-a. In addition to the powers conferred by the preceding section
the Commission is hereby empowered to lease, sell or encumber any real
property owned by the Commission, provided such property was not
acquired by the exercise of the power of eminent domain.
