CHAPTER 588

AN ACT to amend and reenact § 21-121 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to the validation of proceedings in the creation of sanitary districts.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
a That § 21-121 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
ollows:
_ ..§ 21-121. All proceedings had in the creation of sanitary districts
in the State prior to January one, nineteen hundred * fifty-eight, whether
under general law or by special act, are validated and confirmed, and all
such districts so created or attempted to be created under existing law
or by special act are declared to have been validly created and established
notwithstanding any defects or irregularities in the creation thereof.
