AN ACT to authorize the sale of certain livestock raised by State institu-
tions and agencies under certain conditions. 5 O16

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. The person in charge of any state institution or agency which raises
purebred livestock may, when any of such livestock are to be slaughtered,
sell the same to any person desiring to acquire such livestock for breeding
purposes, provided the interests of the institution or agency will not be ad-
versely affected thereby.
