Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. Notwithstanding any law or regulation pursuant thereto in
conflict herewith, it shall be lawful for a blind person accompanied by a
“seeing eye” dog to take such dog with him within the dining area of any
restaurant or other eating place.
