Act to limit the enforcement of liens for water or sewer assessments;

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

§ 1. No suit shall be brought to enforce the lien of any water, sewer,
idewalk assessment, heretofore or hereafter made, against lands which
e been conveyed by the person owning them at the time of such assess-
it to a grantee for value, unless the same be brought within ten years
n the due recordation of the deed from such person to such grantee.
