CHAPTER 408

An Act to amend and reenact § 54-789.8 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to examination for certificate to practice veterinary medicine. 424)

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 54-789.3 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted
as follows:

§ 54-789.3. In case of failure at such examination, the applicant *
may again apply at any subsequent examination upon the payment of an
additional fee. This section shall apply to any person who has previously
taken such examination.
