CHAPTER 406

An Act to require the State Library Board to erect an historical marker
for Buck Marsh Baptist Church in Clarke County. CH 418]

-Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. 81. The State Libr Board is hereby directed to have prepared
and to erect forthwith a marker reciting the historical significance of Buck
Marsh Baptist Church in Clarke County, Virginia, such marker to be
located approximately one-half mile north of Berryville, on Route 840. The
Board shall consult with the authorities of the Berryville Baptist Church
as to the wording to be placed on and the location of such marker.

There is hereby appropriated a sum not to exceed one hundred and
fifty dollars.
