An Act to require the State Library Board to have prepared and to erect
on State Highway No. 29 in Nelson County, an historical marker
commemorating the early boyhood home of Colonel John Singleton

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. The State Library Board is hereby directed to have prepared
and erected prior to January one, nineteen hundred and fifty-nine, in
commemoration of the early boyhood home of Colonel John Singleton
Mosby, famous Confederate ranger, an historical] marker in an appropriate
location on State Highway Number Twenty-nine in Nelson County.
