Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
be That § 46-9 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as

ollows:

§ 46-9. Any person who shall individually or in association with one
or more others remove, change, * alter or conceal any motor number, serial
or other identification number, without the consent of the Division, shall
be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in § 46-18.
