An Act to authorize the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries to
convey certain lands in exchange for certain other lands. [H 88]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. The Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries is hereby author-
ized to convey by deed in form approved by the Attorney General the
following described parcel of land in Fauquier County to B. M. Bridwell:
For the point of beginning, begin at a pipe and stone pile set on
the 50 foot margin of Lake Brittle, corner to B. M. Bridwell, said pipe
and stone pile being designated as G on plat of survey by Fred Barten-
stein, Certified Surveyor, dated November 25, 1955, and run thence S 74°
54’ E 356.33 feet to a set stone on the common boundary line of B. M.
Bridwell and the Commonwealth, said set stone being designated as N’
on said plat, the point and place of beginning; and from said point of
beginning running S 38° 31’ E 338.74 feet; thence running N 13° 25’ E
201 feet; and thence running N 74° 64’ W 266.95 feet to the point and
place of beginning, containing 26,815 square feet or 0.6156 acres, more or
less, in exchange for the following described parcel of land in Fauquier
County to be conveyed to the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries:
For the point of beginning, begin at a pipe and stone pile set on the
50 foot margin of Lake Brittle, corner to B. M. Bridwell, said pipe and
stone pile being designated as G on said plat, and run thence S 74° 54’ E
356.33 feet to a set stone on the boundary line of B. M. Bridwell and the
Commonwealth, said set stone being designated as N’ on said plat, and
run thence S 88° 31’ E 486.24 feet (passing at 338.74 feet through the
extreme southern corner of the above described parcel to be conveyed by
the Commission to B. M. Bridwell) to a set stone, designated as P on said
plat, the point and place of beginning; and from said point of beginning
running N 38° 31’ W 97.50 feet to the said extreme southern corner of
the above-mentioned parcel; running thence S 13° 25’ W 380.22 feet to a
point in the line of Brosius; running thence with the line of Brosius § 46°
37’ E 100 feet to a set stone, designated as M’ on said plat; and leaving the
line of Brosius and running thence N 11° 55’ E 870.20 feet to the point and
plare of beginning, containing 30,387 square feet or 0.6976 acres, more or
less.
The above described two parcels of land are shown, respectively, as
Lot B and Lot A on said plat of survey by Fred Bartenstein.
2. An emergency exists and this Act is in force from its passage.
