An Act to create a commission to study and report on the boundary line
between Alleghany County, Virginia, and Monroe County, West Vir-
ginia; and to appropriate funds for the use of the commission.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. §1. There is hereby created a commission to study and make a
report on the true and correct boundary between Alleghany County, Vir-
ginia, and Monroe County, West Virginia. All agencies of the State shall
assist the commission and the commission shall cooperate with any com-
mission established for a like purpose by the State of West Virginia. The
commission shall complete its study and make its report to the Governor
and General Assembly not later than November one, nineteen hundred
-nine.
§ 2. The commission shall consist of three members who shall be
appointed by the Governor from the State at large. The members of the
commission shall receive no compensation, but shall be reimbursed their
actual and necessary expenses while engaged in the business of the
commission.
2. There is hereby appropriated from the general fund of the State
Sy cy aed sum of twenty-five hundred dollars to carry out the purposes
of this act.
