CHAPTER 251

AN ACT to appropriate additional funds for adjudication of legal cases, for
payment of salaries of additional judges of certain circuit courts.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. There is hereby appropriated from the general fund of the State
treasury for the adjudication of legal cases, for the payment of the salaries
of the additional judges of the third, fifteenth and twenty-seventh judicial
circuits from March fifteen, nineteen hundred fifty-eight to June thirty,
nineteen hundred fifty-eight, the sum of ten thousand dollars.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
