CHAPTER 238

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
58-115.2, relating to the admission into evidence and the effect of
certain income information returns. CH 622]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
58-115.2 as follows:
§ 58-115.2. In any prosecution under § 58-115.1, any information
return filed with the Department of Taxation or with the local commis-
sioners of the revenue, as required by Article 4 of this chapter, may be
admitted in evidence in any court of this State as prima facie evidence of
what is stated in said return.
