An Act to repeal §§ 8-358.1 and 8-509.1 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to the payment of taxes upon notes and other evidences of debt in
actions at law and suits in equity.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That $§ 8-353.1 and 8-509.1 of the Code of Virginia are repealed.
