CHAPTER 202

AN ACT to authorize the Board of Visitors of the Medical College of Vir-
ginia to convey certain land.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia: ;
1. § 1. With the consent of the Governor in writing first obtained, the
Board of Visitors of the Medical College of Virginia is hereby authorized
to convey by deed in a form approved by the Attorney General to the Belle
Bryan Day Nursery a tract of land situated in the city of Richmond. Such
conveyance shall not be made unless and until the Belle Bryan Day Nursery
shall have conveyed a tract containing similar acreage commonly known
as 515-525 North Tenth Street, Richmond, Virginia, to the Medical College
of Virginia.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
