CHAPTER 693

An Act to make it unlawful to hunt with or shoot any firearm within
a distance of 750 yards of a wildlife sanctuary located and maintained
within the corporate limits of any city of this State. CH 746]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. It shall be unlawful for any person at any time to hunt with
or shoot any firearm within a distance of seven hundred fifty yards of a
wildlife sanctuary located and maintained within the corporate limits
of any city of this State.

§ 2. This act shall be enforced by game wardens and other peace
officers of the State. ;
