An Act to require the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries to
expend certain sums on certain research. CH 718]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. The Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries is hereby directed to
expend from sums appropriated to the Commission for administration
of the laws relating to game and inland fisheries, not less than five thou-
sand dollars during the biennium beginning July one, nineteen hundred
fifty-six, on research on the development of food supplies for waterfowl
on the inland waters of the State; provided, that at least a part of such
sum shall be expended on research in connection with waterfowl along
the James River between the city of Lynchburg and the town of Columbia.
