CHAPTER 65

AN ACT to repeal § 64-58 of the Code of Virginia, which provides that
marriage shall operate to revoke a will previously made. CH 62]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 64-58 of the Code of Virginia is hereby repealed.
