An Act to amend and reenact § 18-225 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to trespass on certain la: so as to provide how such person shall
be forbidden to do so. CH 308]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 18-225 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted
as follows:
§ 18-225. If any person shall without authority of law go upon or
Yemain upon the lands or premises of another, after having heen forbidden
to do so by the owner, lessee, custodian or other person lawfully in charge
* of such land, or after having been forbidden to do so by sign or signs
posted on the premises at a place or places where they may be reasonably
seen, he shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction
thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than twenty-five dollars.
This section shall not be construed to affect in any way the pro-
visions of §§ 29-165 to 29-170.
