AN ACT to amend the Code of Virginia by adding thereto a section num-
bered 17-127.6, relating to terms of court in the thirty-sizth judicial

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding thereto a section
numbered 17-127.6 as follows:
- § 17-127.6. The regular terms of the courts of the thirty-sixth judi-
tial circuit shall be as follows:

Floyd County: The fifteenth day of January, March, July and October
and the fifth day of May.

Montgomery County: The first day of February, July, October and
December and the fifteenth day of April.

City of Radford: Second Monday in January and March and the third
Monday in May, September and November.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage and
shall apply when the Corporation Court of the City of Radford is abolished.
