An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
46-888.1, relating to towing certain motor vehicles. [8 B 85]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
46-333.1 as follows:

§ 46-333.1. Nothing in this Title shall be construed to prohibit towing
an unlicensed motor vehicle or motor vehicle which has not been inspected.
